Step 1: Assemble spices.
Step 2: Pam spray your crock pot.
Step 3: Combine onion, bell peppers, garlic, ginger, yams, stock, tomatoes, jalapenos and spices.
Step 4: Stir till well combined.
Step 5: Add beans.
Step 6: Give it a good stir before you set it to cook.
Step 7: Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours, till the yams and beans are tender.
Step 8: Add water as needed.
Step 9: Serving: ladle a little of the juices into a bowl; mix in peanut butter and lime juice
Step 10: Stir till well combined.
Step 11: Return peanut butter mixture to crock and stir until well combined.
Step 12: Top each serving with 1/2 tablespoon dry roasted peanuts and a squeeze of lime juice.
