  • 8 ounces dry spaghetti
  • 6 cups water boiling
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • Sauce
  • 6 ounces olive loaf, chopped
  • 6 ounces gouda cheese shredded
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

How to Make

  • Step 1: Cook pasta in heavily salted boiling water until al dente, drain saving 1/2 cup pasta water.

  • Step 2: When pasta is cooked and drained add back to pot with water and butter.

  • Step 3: Add olive loaf and simmer until thickened.

  • Step 4: Season to taste and toss with cheese.
