Step 1: Preheat oven to 350°F.
Step 2: Combine flour, baking powder, spices and salt in a large mixing bowl.
Step 3: Add pumpkin, honey, butter and eggs.
Step 4: Stir just until combined, don’t overmix.
Step 5: Stir in nuts and cranberries mixed with flour.
Step 6: Pour batter into a greased 6” x 9” bread pan.
Step 7: Bake approximately one hour or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
Step 8: Remove loaf from pan and let cool on a baking rack. Loaf can be tightly wrapped in plastic or foil and frozen or refrigerated.
