Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 2 garlic cloves, chopped
  • 1 onion, cut into wedges
  • 1 carrot, sliced thin
  • 1 celery stalk, sliced thin
  • 1 red bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 yellow bell pepper, chopped
  • Oil (1 actifry spoon vegetable oil)
  • Oyster sauce (2 actifry spoons oyster sauce)
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1 pound shrimp, cooked (medium to large)
  • Pinch red pepper flakes, optional

How to Make

  • Step 1: Place the onion, garlic, carrot and celery in the actifry and drizzle with vegetable oil; cook for 7 minutes.

  • Step 2: Mix together the oyster sauce, sesame oil and ginger in a small bowl and pour into actifry.

  • Step 3: Add the peppers and cook for another 5 minutes.

  • Step 4: Throw in the shrimp and cook for another 5 minutes.

  • Step 5: Sprinkle with red pepper flakes, if using; serve alone or with white rice.
