Step 2: Add spinach and cook until wilted.
Step 3: Warm sliced turkey.

Step 5: Meanwhile toast muffins and butter while hot.
Step 6: Add a splash of vinegar to boiling water.
Step 7: Poach eggs just until whites are done (unless you are Mr picky then you poach those bad boys until yolk is hard, weirdo).
Step 8: Remove with slotted spoon.
Step 9: Put down buttered muffins.
Step 10: Then warmed turkey.
Step 11: Then spinach with crumbled bacon.
Step 12: Top with poached eggs.
Step 13: Season lightly.
Step 14: Ladle on warm hollandaise sauce.
