Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 2 pounds pork chops (6)
  • 6 carrots, peeled, chopped
  • 1 cup onion, chopped roughly
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 18 ounces apricot jam
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard (start with 1 tablespoon)
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon white pepper, to taste

How to Make

  • Step 1: Cover the bottom of a Pam sprayed slow cooker crock with the carrots and onions.

  • Step 2: Season lightly.

  • Step 3: Season pork chops with salt and pepper and place the over carrots and sliced onion.

  • Step 4: In a separate bowl, whisk together broth, preserves, mustard to taste and dried thyme.

  • Step 5: Pour mixture over the tenderloin.

  • Step 6: Cover.

  • Step 7: Cook on Low for 6 hours, or until tender.
