Step 4: Second skillet, heat butter.
Step 5: Beat egg mixture.
Step 6: Pour into pan.
Step 7: When 1/2 cooked, add cheese.
Step 8: Add veggies on half.
Step 9: Flip cover.
Step 10: Plate.
Step 11: Add hollandaise sauce.
