Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil, divided
  • 1 pound haricot verts or green beans, trimmed
  • 3 tablespoons parsley
  • 1 teaspoon orange rind, grated
  • 2 tablespoons orange juice
  • 1/4 cup walnuts, chopped and toasted
  • 2 tablespoons feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 3/8 teaspoons kosher salt

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat broiler to high.

  • Step 2: On a rimmed baking sheet combine 1 1/2 teaspoons oil and the beans and broil for 5 minutes or until beans are lightly charred and tender, stirring occasionally.

  • Step 3: In a bowl combine 1 1/2 tablespoons oil, parsley, rind and the juice. Stir in the beans and nuts. Place beans on a platter and top with the feta, pepper and salt.
