Step 1: Slice the roasted bell peppers into strips and then cut in half, if necessary (depends on how large the peppers are).
Step 2: Place the peppers in a small bowl and add the remaining ingredients. Stir gently making sure all is distributed evenly. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate and let sit to meld all those flavors. When serving, make sure that peppers come to room temperature.
