Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 8 ounces dry egg noodles
  • 6 cups water
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • Sauce
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 cup onion, grated
  • 1 clove garlic ,smashed
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 10 ounces tomato soup (1 can)
  • 7 ounces tomato sauce (1 can)
  • 14 ounces corn (1 can)
  • Topping
  • 8 ounces sharp cheddar cheese, shredded

How to Make

  • Step 1: Cook noodles in heavily salted boiling water until al dente and drain.

  • Step 2: Brown ground beef and onions lightly season.

  • Step 3: Drain if needed.

  • Step 4: Add chili powder and stir.

  • Step 5: Add rest of ingredients using corn juice to rinse cans out.

  • Step 6: Simmer while noodles are cooking.

  • Step 7: Add noodles to sauce.

  • Step 8: Pour into Pam sprayed 9x13 casserole.

  • Step 9: Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees F.

  • Step 10: Put cheese on top bake 10 minutes.
