  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil
  • 3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons white balsamic vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 32 cherries, pitted and quartered (See substitution suggestions in description above)
  • 15 ounces unsalted chickpeas, rinsed and drained (1 can)
  • 2 ounces goat cheese, crumbled (about 1/2 cup)
