Step 1: Preheat the oven to 400 F.
Step 2: Crack the eggs into a blender jar, blend for 2 minutes until smooth and pale in color. Add the remaining ingredients EXCEPT the butter. Blend until smooth.
Step 3: Melt the butter in a 9 inch ovenproof skillet over high heat. Swirl the butter up the sides to evenly coat the pan. Pour the batter into the skillet and immediately place in the oven.
Step 4: Bake 15-20 minutes until puffed up. Remove from oven, dust with powdered sugar, and drizzle with maple syrup. Serve immediately.
