  • 1 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground cloves
  • 9 ounces graham cracker pie crust ( 1 - 9 inch)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Get spices ready.

  • Step 2: Mix together pumpkin, maple syrup, eggs and 1/2 cup evaporated milk.

  • Step 3: Heat another 1/2 cup evaporated milk and stir in 2 tablespoons butter.

  • Step 4: Add this to pumpkin mixture along with 1/2 cup dark brown sugar and spices.

  • Step 5: Mix well.

  • Step 6: Pour into prepared graham-cracker piecrust.

  • Step 7: Bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes.

  • Step 8: Turn heat down to 350 degrees and bake another 50 minutes.
