Step 5: The sauce should be tight if not, reduce until it is while the meat rests covered by foil.
Step 6: Remove Bay leaf 30 minutes into cooking chops.
Step 7: Heat oil and butter
Step 8: Add cabbage and saute on low for 10 minutes covered.
Step 9: Add onion seasoning lightly.
Step 10: Cook until onions are opaque.
Step 11: Add rest of the ingredients simmer cover until chops are done.
