  • 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 1/2 pounds beef round steak
  • Sauce
  • 1 cup green pepper, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons shortening
  • 15 ounces tomatoes, chopped (1 can)
  • 1 cup onion, sliced
  • 1 stalk celery, sliced
  • 1/2 pound baby carrots (8 ounces)
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce

How to Make

  • Step 1: Combine seasonings.

  • Step 2: Mix into meat.

  • Step 3: Brown meat in shortening on both sides.
