  • 1 tablespoon toasted sesame oil
  • 1 cup onions sliced
  • 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 clove garlic smashed
  • 12 ounces frozen meatballs (1 package)
  • 3 cups beef broth
  • 1 ounce Mongolian beef seasoning mix (1 package)
  • 7 ounces ramen noodles (2 packages)
  • 8 ounces snow peas, fresh or frozen
  • Garnish
  • 2 green onions, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon sesame seeds

How to Make

  • Step 1: Heat sesame oil in a wok.

  • Step 2: Add onions and bell peppers and cook until softened.

  • Step 3: Add thawed meatballs and garlic.

  • Step 4: Mix seasoning packet and beef broth and pour into wok.

  • Step 5: Add noodles, but not it's seasoning packets.

  • Step 6: Cook until noodles are almost done.

  • Step 7: Undo noodles and add snow peas.

  • Step 8: Garnish with onions and sesame seeds.
