  • Salad
  • 2 pounds fresh baby spinach
  • 1/4 pound mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 pound cooked bacon, chopped
  • 4 eggs, hard boiled, chopped
  • 1 pound cooked shrimp, peeled
  • 1/2 cup red onion, sliced
