Step 1: In a large skillet, sauté green pepper, onion and garlic in oil for 3 minutes.
Step 2: Stir in broth and cumin (to taste, I like less).
Step 3: Bring to a boil.
Step 4: Add black beans, pinto beans, tomatoes, corn and vinegar.
Step 5: Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 15 minutes.
Step 6: Season to taste.
