Step 1: Rinse the quinoa in a sieve.
Step 2: In a pot on medium high heat bring 2 cups water to a boil and then add the salt and quinoa; reduce heat to a simmer; cover pan and cook for 20 minutes. If all the water hasn't been absorbed drain it and then return quinoa to pan.
Step 3: Stir in butter and honey and scatter the dried fruits on top.
Step 4: Cover and and let sit for about 5 minutes or until fruit are soft.
Step 5: Serve in shallow bowls with milk or cream and dusted with cinnamon and sprinkled with toasted nuts.
