  • 8 ounces French salad dressing (1 bottle)
  • 1.25 ounces dry onion soup mix (1 package)
  • 10 ounces apricot preserves (1 jar)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat oven to 350F.

  • Step 2: Coat a baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.

  • Step 3: Sprinkle the chicken with salt and pepper and put it into baking dish.

  • Step 4: Combine the salad dressing, soup mix and preserves in a bowl. Mix well.

  • Step 5: Pour the mixture over the chicken, making sure to cover the chicken completely.

  • Step 6: Bake about 45 minutes. Baste occasionally with the sauce.

  • Step 7: Serve with sauce.
