Step 1: In food processor pulse the items until a paste.
Step 2: Heat oil and cook rice until opaque.
Step 3: Then combine everything else in a covered sauce pan.
Step 4: Rinse out processor with water; some folks used chicken broth instead.
Step 5: Simmer for 20 minutes covered.
Step 6: Leaving lid on let set for 5 minutes off heat.
Step 7: Season to taste.
