  • 3 pounds chicken breasts
  • 7 ounces dry white rice (1 cup)
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 10 ounces cream of mushroom soup (1 can)
  • 10 ounces cream of chicken soup (1 can)
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 6 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika

How to Make

  • Step 1: Mix broth and soups together.

  • Step 2: Rinse cans with water add to mixture.

  • Step 3: Pam spray a 9x13 casserole dish.

  • Step 4: Put rice in.

  • Step 5: Pour soup mixture over rice.

  • Step 6: Butter the chicken and put on top of rice pouring over the rest of butter.

  • Step 7: Sprinkle on paprika.

  • Step 8: Cover and bake in 275 degrees F oven for 2 hours until chicken is done.

  • Step 9: Uncover and brown chicken lightly for the last 15 minutes.
