The ingredients are:
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 3 tablespoons red-wine vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 4 teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 medium Granny Smith apple, cored and cut into 16 slices
  • 8 cups (8 ounces) baby spinach
  • 1 small red onion, peeled and sliced
  • 8 ounces sliced fresh mushrooms
