  • 1 tablespoon onion, minced
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 10 ounces condensed celery soup (1 can)
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 16 ounces can tomatoes, diced (1 can)
  • 15 ounces potatoes, diced, undrained (1 can)
  • 1/4 cup frozen corn
  • 7 ounces tuna, undrained (1 can)
  • 4 ounces American cheese, diced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon coarsely ground black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

How to Make

  • Step 1: In saucepan, cook onion in butter until onion is tender but not brown.

  • Step 2: Add condensed soup, rinse out can with milk, and gradually blend in milk.

  • Step 3: Add potatoes and corn.

  • Step 4: Stir in undrained tomatoes, undrained tuna, parsley, and pepper.

  • Step 5: Cover and simmer 20 minutes.

  • Step 6: Stir in cheese.

  • Step 7: Season to taste.
