Step 1: In saucepan, cook onion in butter until onion is tender but not brown.
Step 2: Add condensed soup, rinse out can with milk, and gradually blend in milk.
Step 3: Add potatoes and corn.
Step 4: Stir in undrained tomatoes, undrained tuna, parsley, and pepper.
Step 5: Cover and simmer 20 minutes.
Step 6: Stir in cheese.
Step 7: Season to taste.
