  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 2 pounds beef stew meat, chopped
  • 1 cup onions, diced
  • 1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 4 teaspoons beef bouillon
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 8 cups water
  • 1 cup celery, diced
  • 2 cups carrots, diced
  • 2 pounds potatoes, peeled, diced
  • 3 pounds frozen mixed vegetables
  • 10 ounces beans and bacon soup (1 can)
  • 10 ounces tomato soup (1 can)
  • 15 ounces tomatoes, diced (1 can)
  • 8 ounces dry macaroni

How to Make

  • Step 1: Heat oil in large stock pot.

  • Step 2: Season beef.

  • Step 3: Add Worcestershire sauce.

  • Step 4: Add beef and onions to hot oil.

  • Step 5: Brown.

  • Step 6: Add water and bouillon.

  • Step 7: Simmer for 2 hours.

  • Step 8: Add veggies simmer 1 hour more.

  • Step 9: Add soups and tomatoes rinsing out cans with water and adding to soup.

  • Step 10: Cook for 30 minutes.

  • Step 11: And macaroni and stir.

  • Step 12: Add more water if needed.

  • Step 13: Cook 30 more minutes.

  • Step 14: Season to taste.
