The ingredients are:
  • Noodles
  • 6 cups water
  • 8 ounces dry egg noodles (1 package)
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • Filling
  • 1 cup celery, chopped
  • 1/4 cup onions, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 10 ounces condensed cream of celery soup (1 can)
  • 1 cup milk
  • 6 ounces tuna, undrained (1 can)
  • 4 ounces shrimp, peeled, diced
  • 1/4 cup stuffed green olives, sliced
  • 2 ounces Parmesan cheese, grated (1/4 cup)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Cook noodles in heavily salted boiling water until al dente, and drain, make sure noodles are moist.

  • Step 2: Meanwhile in a saucepan cook celery, shrimp, and onions in the butter until tender.

  • Step 3: Blend in flour.

  • Step 4: Stir in soup.

  • Step 5: Gradually stir in milk and cook and stir until thickened and bubbly.

  • Step 6: Stir in tuna, olives, and cooked drained noodles.

  • Step 7: Turn into a Pam-sprayed 2-quart casserole and top with Parmesan cheese.

  • Step 8: Bake uncovered for 25 minutes in 375° oven.
