Step 2: Meanwhile in a saucepan cook celery, shrimp, and onions in the butter until tender.
Step 3: Blend in flour.
Step 4: Stir in soup.
Step 5: Gradually stir in milk and cook and stir until thickened and bubbly.
Step 6: Stir in tuna, olives, and cooked drained noodles.
Step 7: Turn into a Pam-sprayed 2-quart casserole and top with Parmesan cheese.
Step 8: Bake uncovered for 25 minutes in 375° oven.
