How to Make

  • Step 1: Cook pasta in heavily salted boiling water until al dente; drain, saving 1/2 cup pasta water.

  • Step 2: Meanwhile, in a large skillet, combine 8 tablespoons oil and garlic.

  • Step 3: Cook over medium heat until garlic is very lightly golden, about 5 minutes.

  • Step 4: Add black olives, past and water.

  • Step 5: Cook until tight tossing to combine.
