  • 1 teaspoon oyster sauce
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 1/8 teaspoon white pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon cornstarch
  • Garnish
  • 1 tablespoon fresh cilantro, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon sesame seeds

How to Make

  • Step 1: Combine the sesame seed oil, rice vinegar, oyster sauce, soy sauce and water.

  • Step 2: Set aside.

  • Step 5: Add garlic and shrimp, and sear until it turns pink.

  • Step 6: Add the sugar snap peas and cook until the peas are tender, about 1 minute.
