The ingredients are:
  • 8 ounces dry macaroni
  • 6 cups water, boiling
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • Sauce
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/4 cup onions diced
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon white pepper
  • 8 ounces blue cheese, crumbled
  • 8 ounces cooked turkey breast, diced

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat oven to 350F.

  • Step 2: Cook pasta in heavily salted boiling water until al dente and drain.

  • Step 3: Cook onions in butter until lightly browned.

  • Step 4: Add flour, don't brown.

  • Step 5: Add milk and whisk.

  • Step 6: Cook until thickened.

  • Step 7: Add turkey and cheese to hot drained macaroni.

  • Step 8: Mix in gravy and season to taste.

  • Step 9: (I'm not sure that I would place this in the oven, but that's what it says)

  • Step 10: Put in a sprayed casserole dish and cook until hot and bubbly.
