Step 1: Beat eggs whites until stiff.
Step 2: In another bowl, beat water, yolks and corn, season to taste.
Step 3: Heat butter in a covered skillet.
Step 4: Fold in whites to corn mixture.
Step 5: Pour into skillet and cover, cook on low until done. (They had finish baking in oven but the covered skillet works).
Step 6: Fold over and pour a sauce on top of you wish.
