  • 8 ounces heavy cream (1 cup)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Cook turnips in water until softened, (they used a sieve). Just use immersion blender.

  • Step 2: Add butter, milk, cooked rice and season to taste.

  • Step 3: Cook for 10 minutes.

  • Step 4: Add cream and simmer for10 minutes until warmed, stirring as needed, don't burn.
