Step 7: Stir until ingredients are well mixed; slowly add balsamic vinegar and cook for 2 minutes.
Step 8: Add blackberries, bring heat to low and simmer for 5-7 minutes.
Step 9: Keep sauce on the stovetop on low heat until the pork is done.
Step 10: Plate and serve immediately.
