Step 1: Mix the stuffing ingredients together, adding just enough beef broth to hold it together.
Step 2: Lay half the liver slices on the bottom of a cast iron skillet put stuffing over liver slices.
Step 3: Lay rest of liver over stuffing.
Step 4: Lay bacon slices on top.
Step 5: Mix gravy and broth.
Step 6: Put around liver.
Step 7: Bake in 350 degrees oven until liver is done and gravy is tight. I have 60 minutes but you judge.
Step 8: Serve with cranberry sauce on the side.
