Step 2: Heat butter in skillet.
Step 3: Fry pork chops add onions and simmer covered until onions browned.
Step 4: Take out.
Step 5: Add butter to pan add flour.
Step 6: Brown lightly.
Step 7: Add juice whisk until thickened.
Step 8: Season to taste.
Step 9: Add chops and onions back in and simmer 20 minutes, adding water if needed.
Step 10: Cook until chops are tender.
