Step 1: Boil pasta in heavily salted boiling water until al dente, drain saving 1/4 cup pasta water.
Step 2: Meanwhile, cook ground beef and onions until onions are translucent.
Step 3: Drain if needed.
Step 4: Add tomato soup rinsing out can with some pasta water. Be careful it's hot, simmer until pasta is done.
Step 5: Add cheese, cream of mushroom soup rinsing out can with milk to hot noodles.
Step 6: In a Pam sprayed 8x8 casserole, layer 1/2 the noodles, seasoning lightly to taste.
Step 7: Add 1/2 the meat sauce and season lightly.
Step 8: Add noodles.
Step 9: Top with rest of meat sauce.
Step 10: Bake in 350 degree F oven for 30 minutes.
