Step 1: Cook rice in hot shortening (or butter) until opaque.
Step 2: Add veggies and beef and cook until beef is browned.
Step 3: Add chili powder to taste, beef broth and tomatoes.
Step 4: Add seasoning and Worcestershire sauce.
Step 5: Cover and simmer for 20 minutes; take off heat and leave covered.
Step 6: And let set 5 minutes.
Step 7: Fluff.
