Step 1: Whisk together the sauce ingredients, pour into a squirt bottle, and set aside.
Step 2: Mix the seasoning mix ingredients together in a small bowl and set aside.
Step 3: Heat the oil in a medium skillet, over medium-high heat and add the ground beef, 1/4 cup water, green chiles, and seasoning mix. Break the meat apart with a wooden spoon while cooking. Cook until the meat is brown and cooked through.
Step 4: Heat the rice in a microwave, for a minute or two, until warmed through.
Step 5: Divide the cooked meat mixture and rice among 4 bowls, add your favorite toppings, and sprinkle with the prepared sauce. I also like to add a bit of lime crema sauce to break the heat a bit, but that is a personal preference.
