  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon turmeric
  • 1/3 cup red wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
