  • 1 1/2 tablespoons dark sesame oil, or more to taste
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon mirin
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon hot pepper flakes
  • 1/2 teaspoon white sesame seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon black sesame seeds
