  • 2 ounces imitation crab, chopped
  • 2 ounces imitation lobster, chopped
  • 2 ounces cooked shrimp, peeled
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1/8 teaspoon lemon pepper
  • 1/4 cup Pico de Gallo
  • 2 ounces Monterey jack cheese, shredded
  • 1/4 ounce sour cream
  • 1 green onion, minced
  • Eggs
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1/16 teaspoon lemon pepper
  • 1 tablespoon butter

How to Make

  • Step 1: In first skillet, heat butter add seafood just to warm.

  • Step 2: In second skillet, heat butter and add egg mixture.

  • Step 3: Add 1/2 the cheese all over.

  • Step 4: On one side add sour cream, Pico, green onion and warmed seafood top with cheese. Cover and let cheese melt.
