  • 3 eggs

  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon water

How to Make

  • Step 1: Heat Italian sausage, onions and mushrooms in a frying pan.

  • Step 5: Add beaten eggs, water and season to taste.

  • Step 6: Allow it to cook.

  • Step 7: On one half of omelet, add cooked items.
