  • Spinach
  • 10 ounces frozen spinach, thawed
  • 2 ounces parmesan cheese, grated
  • Topping
  • 8 ounces Monterey jack cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon lemon pepper
  • Topping
  • 3 ounces French fried onions

How to Make

  • Step 1: Cook pasta in heavily salted boiling water until al dente and drain.

  • Step 2: Pam spray buttered casserole.

  • Step 3: Spread thawed spinach, lightly season and sprinkle parmesan cheese.

  • Step 4: Mix the sauce, adding most of the cheese.

  • Step 5: Add pasta and spread over spinach.

  • Step 6: Season lightly.

  • Step 7: Add rest of the cheese on top.

  • Step 8: Then add French fried onions.

  • Step 9: Bake 350 degrees F for 30 minutes until hot and bubbly.
