  • 1 can (12 ounces) evaporated milk

How to Make

  • Step 1: Heat butter add onions lightly season

  • Step 2: Cook until translucent

  • Step 3: Add broth and turnips and potatoes

  • Step 4: Cook until tender

  • Step 5: They had use sieve but just use stick blender

  • Step 6: When smooth add milk

  • Step 7: Rinse out can with a little water

  • Step 8: Simmer 10 minutes

  • Step 9: Season to taste
