Step 1: In large stock pot, heat oil and add onions and carrots.
Step 2: Cook until onions are translucent.
Step 3: Add potatoes, turnips and garlic.
Step 4: Stir.
Step 5: Add paprika and the rest of ingredients.
Step 6: Simmer for 60 minutes, adding water as needed.
Step 7: Remove Bay leaf season to taste.
