Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1 pound of fresh salmon fillets
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 4 cups of mixed salad greens
  • 1 cucumber, sliced
  • 1 cup of cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 cup of red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup of fresh dill, chopped
  • Juice of 1 lemon
We recommend you get your ingredients ready before you start cooking. Once you're ready, here are the steps to making this delicious recipe

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Season the salmon fillets with salt and black pepper on both sides.

  • Step 2: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Place the salmon fillets in the skillet, skin side down. Cook for about 3-4 minutes until the skin becomes crispy.

  • Step 3: Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake the salmon for another 8-10 minutes or until it is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork. Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly.

  • Step 4: While the salmon is cooling, prepare the salad. In a large bowl, combine the mixed salad greens, cucumber slices, cherry tomatoes, red onion, and fresh dill.

  • Step 5: Once the salmon has cooled, gently break it apart into bite-sized pieces and add it to the salad bowl.

  • Step 6: Squeeze the juice of one lemon over the salad and drizzle with additional olive oil if desired. Toss all the ingredients together until well combined.
