Step 1: Cook spaghetti in heavily salted boiling water until al dente.
Step 2: Drain.
Step 3: In large stockpot, cook ground beef and onions and bell peppers until softened.
Step 4: Add garlic and chili powder.
Step 5: Add rest of ingredients and simmer for 30 minutes while pasta is cooking.
Step 6: Season to taste.
