  • 1 cup onions, diced
  • 1 cup green bell pepper, diced
  • 1 cup celery, diced
  • 15 ounces corn (1 can)
  • 2 pounds pork chops (6)
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 cup bread crumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 3 tablespoons flour
  • 1 cup milk

How to Make

  • Step 1: Season pork chops.

  • Step 2: Fry in 1 tablespoon butter.

  • Step 3: Remove.

  • Step 4: Add 2 tablespoons butter and saute onions bell pepper and celery until softened.

  • Step 5: Add bread crumbs.

  • Step 6: Remove and add egg to them put in buttered 9x13, put chops on top.

  • Step 7: Add flour to pan brown flour a bit adding more butter if needed.

  • Step 8: Add milk cook until thickened seasoning to taste.

  • Step 9: Pour over chops cover and put in 350 degrees oven F and bake for 50 minutes.
