Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 pound baby carrots
  • 1/2 head of cauliflower florets
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 3 dashes black pepper
  • 1/2 tablespoon honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme leaves
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat oven to 400° F.

  • Step 2: Cook butter in large skillet on med-low heat till lightly browned.

  • Step 3: Add garlic and saute for 30 seconds before adding carrots and cauliflower. Stir to coat.

  • Step 4: Add salt, pepper, honey, thyme and oregano. Stir till well coated.

  • Step 5: Transfer to a baking dish that has been sprayed with non-stick cooking spray.

  • Step 6: Place in center of preheated 400° F oven and bake for 45 minutes, or until desired tenderness is reached.
