Step 1: Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Step 2: Finely crush croutons and combine with broth in small bowl.
Step 3: Let stand 10 minutes.
Step 4: Heat oil in skillet.
Step 5: Add onions and cook over medium heat 8 to 10 minutes or until soft.
Step 6: Set aside.
Step 7: In large bowl, beat eggs.
Step 8: Mix in pesto, pine nuts, Worcestershire sauce, seasoned salt and pepper.
Step 9: Add meat, spinach, cooked onion and crouton mixture.
Step 10: Mix well.
Step 11: Place mixture in bread pan and bake 1 hour and 15 minutes.
Step 12: Let stand 10 minutes before slicing.
Step 13: Remove from pan and slice.
Step 14: Serve topped with sauce.
Step 15: Rub saucepan with garlic.
Step 16: Discard clove.
Step 17: Melt 4 tablespoons butter over low heat.
Step 18: Add flour and stir until blended.
Step 19: Stir in beef broth.
Step 20: Stirring constantly cook sauce until it comes to boil.
Step 21: Add salt, pepper and Worcestershire sauce.
Step 22: Remove from heat, stir.
Step 23: Melt remaining 2 tablespoons butter in medium skillet.
Step 24: Add bell pepper and cook over medium heat 5 minutes or until it begins to soften.
Step 25: Add to reserved brown sauce.
Step 26: Adjust seasonings as needed and heat through.
