Step 1: Combine all the dressing ingredients in a blender jar and blend until smooth.

Step 3: In a separate bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, pickled vegetables, mustard pickle, chopped onion, sweet pickle relish, beef bouillon cube, soy sauce, sour cream, Worcestershire sauce, prepared horseradish, dry mustard, garlic powder, black pepper, and fresh lemon juice to create the dressing.
Step 4: Refrigerate until serving time.
Step 5: Makes about 1 3/4 cups.
Step 6: Toss together the beef, ham, cheese, lettuce and celery.
Step 7: Toss with a 1/2 cup of the Roaring Lion Dressing.
Step 8: Garnish with croutons, olives, tomatoes and chopped egg.
